Normally, rooms at Podere Malabiccia are rented for a week or more. We offer discounts for stays longer than two weeks. Stays shorter than a week are offered at a daily rate that depends on the season. The average price is €50 per person per night.

To confirm each reservation, we ask for a deposit of roughly 30% of the cost of the stay. The entire deposit with the exception of 50 € will be reimbursed if the reservation is cancelled 60 days in advance. The furniture and objects in the house are entrusted to the attention and education of our guests.
